To raise awareness about the national gender wage gap, Lean In DC will host an exclusive, off-the-record happy hour event at WeWork White House in Washington, D.C. from 6 - 8 p.m. on Tuesday, April 4th.
Registration for the WeWork White House event is closed, but we are proud to announce that more than three dozen D.C.-area businesses are offering 20% discounts on Tuesday, April 4th, to raise awareness about the gender wage gap.

To call attention to the Gender Pay Gap, Lean In DC is encouraging local businesses to offer a 20% discount for women (and their advocates) on Equal Pay Day. This “Equal Pay Day Deal” will draw attention to the fact that women make 80 cents to a man’s dollar and encourage the DC community to take action on pay inequity.
